Job Description: Narrative, a leading company in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ, is seeking a part-time Client Support Assistant to join our team at the Associate level. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess a high level of energy and passion for providing exceptional client support. Responsibilities:1. Assist clients with inquiries, issues, and escalations through various communication channels.2. Maintain accurate client records and update information as needed.3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service delivery.4. Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to management.5. Stay up to date on company products and services to effectively troubleshoot and resolve client concerns.6. Support the sales team by providing support materials and resources as needed.7. Assist in client onboarding and training sessions. Requirements:1. Energetic and passionate about delivering top-notch customer service.2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.3. Ability to think creatively and innovatively to solve problems.4. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.7. Experience in a client support role or customer service position.8.
