Client Services Team Member

Rappaw Veterinary Care is a locally owned veterinary business, serving the Porirua and Tawa communities for nearly 30 years. We take pride in offering the highest standard of care and building lasting relationships with our clients and their pets. Key Responsibilities: • Providing outstanding client service with a friendly and professional approach • Communicating effectively with a variety of clients and team members • Utilising excellent computer skills to manage bookings and client information • Supporting the team by ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in a busy environment Requirements: • Proven client services experience and strong computer skills •  Ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure •  Must be available to work during December and January • Prior experience in a veterinary or medical setting would be an advantage but is not essential Additional Details: This is a casual position with flexible hours, including weekend work on a rostered basis. The role provides the opportunity to develop your skills and may lead to a permanent position for the right candidate.
