We are committed to delivering high-quality solutions and are looking for a detail-oriented Client Service Manager to join our team and help ensure smooth operations across our office and field services.
The Client Service Manager will be responsible for the following duties:Regularly assess and update service standards, policies, and operational procedures to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction are consistently maintained.Participate actively in the recruitment process, conducting ongoing training sessions for staff and subcontractors and performing regular performance reviews to meet service standards and contractual requirements.Organize and lead daily, weekly, and monthly feedback meetings with staff to discuss updates and share critical information.Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring the consistent delivery of service contracts meets the highest standards.Oversee client follow-up procedures, gathering feedback on service quality and satisfaction to identify areas for improvement.Report client feedback to senior management, colleagues, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure the organisation meets its service expectations.Conduct regular meetings with team members and senior management to promptly address and resolve customer complaints or service-related issues.Coordinate with external partners and stakeholders to ensure service standards are aligned and consistently met.Manage all administrative tasks related to client services, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with internal processes.The candidate will be required to work at least 30 hours per week and be paid between $30 to $35 per hour.Other important requirements:Minimum 1 year of work experience in the relevant industry or minimum relevant Level-6 qualifications.Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Ability to travel to meet clients when needed.Availability to work on weekends.Self-motivated and a passionate individual.Hardworking individuals.Multi-tasker.Team-worker.Leadership skills.Solid organisational & time management skills.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hourSchedule:10 hour shift8 hour shiftWeekend availability #J-18808-Ljbffr
