Job DescriptionThe Client Services Executive (RBS Sustainability) will play a key role in ensuring high quality, value adding client services with a focus on quality, productivity, and safety.Key responsibilities include:Maintain exemplary levels of customer satisfaction.Establish strong working relationship with existing clients.Planning, reviewing, and negotiating of client contracts, programs, projects and services under the RBS and Sustainability program, including programs such as SMETA, RJC, ISCC, SGP, MSC.Build positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Strong focus on operational sales for the Audit business with existing clients.Management of client specific requirements reporting for responsible Key Accounts.Identify and target new areas of business within the key accounts through sound sales and marketing activity.Maintenance of external client portals (where applicable).Resolve operational problems that may arise.Plan and schedule client visits and ensure compliance with individual KPIs.Follow up outstanding/overdue invoices over 90 days or as required.Provide recommendations and feedback regarding supplier agreements.Manage client data on CRM.Report client complaints through OIMS systems and ensure items are closed off in a timely and efficient manner.Keep all databases (including but not limited to Certnet) up to date.Ensure any cancellation of certification, withdrawal or transfer in communicated to the management team.Prioritise workflow and delegate responsibilities to ensure equality and efficiency within the team.Address, report and escalate any non- conformance issues to management as soon as practicable.All other duties as directed by the Manager.At all times, comply with SGS Code of Integrity and Professional Conduct.QualificationsKey account management skills/customer service.Demonstrated experience / working knowledge of client services operations.Comprehensive understanding of audit operations and scheduling.Qualification in Business, Commerce, or related industryDemonstrated ability to work within a team as well independently.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.2 years of experience in Program Administration / Client Services.Sound MS Office skills.Ability to build strong and sustainable rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
