Client Services Account Manager

Location: Auckland or Christchurch, New Zealand
This is a hybrid opportunity where you'll work a few days in the office and a few days from home or as agreed with your manager.

As a Client Services Account Manager with Insight, you will provide superior service and assistance to customers and account managers. You will manage all day-to-day aspects of the customer to ensure customer satisfaction and customer growth. You will be required to attend training to continuously improve the knowledge and level of service required by customers.

As a Client Services Account Manager you'll get to:
Support account managers in providing prompt service to clients
Provide accessible day-to-day contact point for customers
Service accounts by processing orders and quotes, answering inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, credit, catalogue/price list management, & volume licensing questions via phone or email
Act as the first point of contact for defined customers on all of their licensing enquiries
Assist in educating the customers about Insight.com and related services
Interact with other departments to resolve customer issues
Respond to customer inquiries and complaints and ensure complaints are resolved to the benefit of Insight and the customer
Attend training seminars as available on customer licensing programs and products and remain knowledgeable of department functions and system technology
Develop strong working relationships with internal Operations teams and Business Partner Managers
Develop relationships with vendor partners
Stay as needed to assist with end-of-month/quarter sales activities
Provide feedback to Outside Sales counterparts to assist in the development of assigned accounts
Proactively contact customers [renewals]
Obtain relevant Vendor certifications as required
Provide backup & overflow support when necessary
Deliver to customers agreed SLAs
Process Bill to set ups when required either directly or via CSR.
We're looking for a Client Services Account Manager with:
Previous Microsoft Licensing experience
Strong Customer Service Skills – can proactively identify, make decisions and resolve customer issues
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to work with minimum supervision
Ability to work well under pressure
Ability to organize, prioritise, and multitask while coordinating team efforts
Ability to determine problem areas and recommend solutions
Ability to demonstrate initiative
Impeccable follow-up skills
