Job Description:

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a motivated and energetic Client Service Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Wellington, New Zealand. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
Manage client accounts and ensure their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner
Handle client inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and empathy
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer experience
Utilize emotional intelligence and negotiation skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist clients
Meet and exceed performance metrics and KPIs set by the company

Requirements: 4+ years of experience in a client service or customer support role
Energetic and resilient personality traits
Strong emotional intelligence and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
