This is an entry-level position that offers a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in customer service while contributing to the success of our clients and the Tesoro brand. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. **Client Communication:** - Respond to client inquiries through various channels (email, chat, and phone) in a timely and professional manner. - Provide clear and accurate information regarding our products and services to assist clients in making informed decisions. 2. **Problem Resolution:** - Handle client complaints and concerns with empathy and tact, working diligently to resolve issues while maintaining a positive relationship. - Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex client issues and ensure client satisfaction. 3. **Research and Analysis:** - Conduct research to gather information that will enhance the client experience and assist clients in utilizing our services effectively. - Analyze client feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement. 4. **Account Management:** - Maintain accurate and organized client records in our CRM system to ensure a seamless client experience. - Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met and to explore opportunities for upselling additional products and services. 5. **Decision-Making:** - Make informed decisions in real-time to resolve client issues, considering both client needs and company policies. - Provide recommendations for process improvements based on client feedback and personal observations. 6. **Collaboration:** - Work closely with team members and supervisors to share insights, challenges, and successes that can contribute to team goals. - Participate actively in team meetings and training sessions to enhance personal skills and team performance. 7. **Self-Management:** - Demonstrate the ability to work independently in a remote environment, managing your time effectively to meet client needs and deadlines. - Maintain a motivated and proactive approach to tasks, continually seeking ways to enhance the client experience. **Requirements:** 1. **Education and Experience:** - High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant coursework or certification in customer service or related fields is a plus. - 1 year of experience in a customer service or client-focused role preferred. 2. **Skills:** - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to express ideas clearly and effectively. - Strong research skills to gather information and provide thoughtful responses to client inquiries. - Proficient in decision-making, with a focus on problem-solving and client satisfaction. 3. **Personality Traits:** - Independent and proactive, with the ability to take ownership of tasks and projects. - Motivated to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment, with a strong desire to contribute positively to the team and client experience. 4. **Technical Skills:** - Familiarity with CRM software or customer service platforms is an advantage. - Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant tools. **Benefits:** - Joining Bonus - Disability Insurance - Gym Membership **Application Deadline:** All applications must be submitted by October 6, 2024. **Equal Opportunity Statement:** Tesoro is committed to fostering an inclusive environment for all employees.
