Client Service / Scheduling Coordinator

About the Role: One of Wellington's leading sub-contractors is looking for an experienced Client Service Coordinator to join their team.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will work in a dedicated team alongside a Team Lead and Client Service Manager servicing a portfolio of clients with maintenance work required.
Your key responsibilities will be to allocate and administer the respective jobs to the team and to provide resolution support.
Further to this, a large part of the role will be to oversee the timesheets and generate large volumes of invoices.
This is predominantly an office-based role, 3 days you will cover from 7.30am-4pm and 2 days from 8.30am-5pm.
In summary, your key duties will include: Raising job orders and allocating/scheduling the relevant service technician Processing timesheets Monitoring jobs from issuance through to billing and closure Generating and issuing large volumes of invoices and reports Client service coordination General administrative support to the wider team About You: You will ideally have worked in a similar fast-paced role in the built environment (construction, property, maintenance, etc.)
and have great attention to detail!
Further to this, you will have great customer service skills and have proven resilience, as things can change at any given moment.
