#### Key Responsibilities: - **Customer Assistance:** Provide timely and professional assistance to clients via phone, email, and live chat.
Address inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide product information accurately.
- **Relationship Management:** Develop and nurture relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and foster long-term loyalty.
- **Problem Solving:** Analyze client issues and complaints effectively, develop practical and sustainable solutions, and follow through until resolution.
- **Data Management:** Accurately maintain customer databases and records with up-to-date information regarding inquiries, communications, and client interactions.
- **Feedback Collection:** Gather and provide feedback from clients to management regarding products, service delivery, and areas needing improvement.
- **Team Collaboration:** Work collaboratively with other teams, such as sales and logistics, by sharing client insights and collaborating on solutions to enhance service delivery.
