Job Description: Williams is seeking a confident and driven Client Service Representative to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Auckland, New Zealand.
As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall service delivery - Provide product and service information to clients, guiding them through the decision-making process - Utilize strong communication and emotional intelligence skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues - Meet and exceed performance targets to contribute to the overall success of the team - Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a client service or customer-facing role - Confident and driven personality with a passion for delivering exceptional service - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - High emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with clients - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet - Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting Benefits: - Parental leave for new parents - Gym membership reimbursement to support a healthy lifestyle - Profit sharing opportunities to reward your contributions to the company's success Working Environment: At Williams, we believe in giving back to the community through corporate social responsibility initiatives.
