Job Description: Jabil Circuit is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Service Officer to join our team on a full-time remote basis in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ.
As an Associate-level role, the ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in client services or a related field.
The successful candidate will be resourceful, resilient, possess strong teamwork skills, and have a keen attention to detail.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage client accounts and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support to clients.
- Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities for improvement and drive strategic initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update client profiles as needed.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to enhance the overall client experience.
- Proactively identify potential risks and escalate issues as necessary to ensure client needs are met.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in client services or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience working in a remote environment is a plus.
