#### Job Description

Republic Services is seeking a passionate and dedicated Client Service Manager to join our remote workforce. This part-time position plays a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and support, and that their needs are met efficiently and effectively. This position requires a resourceful and hardworking individual with a strong foundation in client relations and a desire to continuously improve and adapt to a changing environment.

#### Key Responsibilities
1. **Client Relationship Management:**
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Understand clients' needs and expectations, ensuring that services provided meet or exceed these standards.
- Regularly check in with clients to gather feedback, address concerns, and identify opportunities for improvement.

2. **Service Coordination:**
- Collaborate with internal teams and departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
- Coordinate client onboarding, training, and support schedules.
- Monitor service delivery metrics and propose strategies for enhancement.

3. **Issue Resolution:**
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve service-related issues.
- Employ critical thinking and problem-solving skills to tackle complex challenges and propose effective solutions.

4. **Reporting and Analysis:**
- Analyze client feedback, service performance data, and market trends to refine service delivery and client engagement strategies.
- Prepare and present regular reports on client satisfaction, service performance, and other key metrics to senior management.

5. **Continuous Learning and Development:**
- Stay informed about industry trends, market changes, and company initiatives to proactively address client needs.
- Identify opportunities for professional development and encourage the same among peers and clients.

6. **Collaboration and Teamwork:**
- Work closely with sales, operations, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive service delivery and support.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic planning sessions.

#### Requirements
- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- **Experience:** Minimum 7 years in client service or account management roles, preferably in a B2B environment. Experience in service industries is a plus.
