### Job Description

Corning is seeking a dedicated and experienced Client Service Manager to join our team. This remote position is designed for a self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about providing exceptional customer service. The Client Service Manager will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and driving the overall service delivery within our organization.

### Key Responsibilities

- **Client Relationship Management:**
- Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients to understand their needs and business objectives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback; promptly address issues while maintaining a positive customer experience.

- **Service Delivery:**
- Oversee the end-to-end service delivery process, ensuring alignment with client expectations and contractual obligations.
- Collaborate actively with internal teams, including sales, operations, and technical support, to provide tailored solutions that meet client needs.

- **Performance Analysis:**
- Analyze client service metrics to assess performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement effective changes to elevate service quality.
- Prepare and present regular reports on client performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and progress towards goals.

- **Client Retention and Growth:**
- Develop strategies to enhance client retention while exploring opportunities for account expansion and upselling within existing accounts.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction and proactively address any potential challenges.

- **Mentorship and Leadership:**
- Foster an inclusive and collaborative working environment by providing mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
- Promote an organizational culture that prioritizes client-centric values and practices.

### Requirements

- **Educational Background:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.

- **Experience:**
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in client service management, customer success, or a related field, preferably in a technology-driven environment.

- **Skills:**
- **Independent and Motivated:** Ability to work autonomously, manage time effectively, and stay self-motivated in a remote work setting.
- **Emotional Intelligence:** Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and resolve conflicts empathetically and effectively.
- **Analytical Capability:** Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and perform root cause analysis to drive meaningful improvements in client service.
