Job Description: Coca-Cola European Partners is seeking a motivated and experienced Client Service Manager to join our team in a remote work capacity based in Wellington, NZ.
This part-time position is ideal for a candidate with at least 8 years of experience in client service management, looking to take on a mid-to-senior level role.
As a Client Service Manager, your primary responsibility will be to maintain strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeding their expectations.
You will be the main point of contact for clients, coordinating with internal teams to deliver high-quality service and resolve any issues that may arise.
Responsibilities: Manage and nurture client relationships, acting as the key point of contact for all client communication Understand client needs and develop solutions to meet their requirements Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and products Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner Monitor client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement Provide regular updates to clients on project progress and status Develop and implement strategies to increase client retention and grow accounts Analyze client data and feedback to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field Minimum of 8 years of experience in client service management Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Hardworking and adaptable personality traits Critical thinking and strategic planning soft skills Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software Experience working in a remote environment is a plus Benefits: Employee discounts on Coca-Cola products Relocation allowance for eligible candidates Visa sponsorship for international candidates At Coca-Cola European Partners, we value diversity and inclusivity in the workplace.
