Based in Hamilton this is a great opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive team.About the roleThis role plays an integral part in the smooth operation of the service division. Leading a team of electricians, you will be responsible for the daily operations whilst being committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role demands a high level of organisation, multi-tasking and the ability to prioritise.A typical dayFollowing up on job status' and ensuring timely completionHandling high workloads with multiple prioritiesCommunicating with clients in a timely & professional mannerCollaborating with other divisions on project updatesLogging jobs and managing the workflowCoordinating the team for effective operationsAbout youTo be successful in this role you will have a customer centric focus with an uncompromising approach to quality service.
