In this part-time role, you will leverage your extensive experience in client management and healthcare to foster relationships, oversee service delivery, and lead your team in achieving excellence. If you are adaptable, hardworking, and passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of others, we would love to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities:** - **Client Relationship Management:** - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations. - Act as the primary point of contact for clients and address any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner. - Conduct regular client meetings to gather feedback, assess satisfaction, and implement necessary improvements. - **Team Leadership & Development:** - Lead, mentor, and develop a team of client service representatives to ensure high-quality service delivery. - Foster a positive and inclusive culture that encourages teamwork, cooperation, and open communication. - Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members, promoting personal and professional growth. - **Service Delivery Coordination:** - Oversee the implementation of client service policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance with regulatory standards. - Collaborate with other departments, including clinical staff, to ensure seamless service delivery and client care. - Analyze service metrics and prepare reports to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for innovation. - **Problem Solving & Conflict Resolution:** - Address client issues and complaints with empathy and effective solutions. - Work proactively to identify potential challenges and implement strategies to mitigate risks to service quality. - Facilitate discussions among team members to resolve conflicts and enhance team collaboration. - **Continuous Improvement:** - Stay current with industry trends and developments to support the ongoing enhancement of client services. - Develop training programs and workshops to improve team capabilities and client engagement strategies. - Actively gather and analyze client feedback to identify opportunities for service improvement. **Requirements:** - **Education & Experience:** - Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field. - Minimum of 6 years of experience in client service management or a similar role, preferably within the healthcare industry. - **Key Personality Traits:** - Adaptable: Ability to shift priorities and approaches as client needs and organizational goals evolve. - Hardworking: Committed to making a difference and consistently going the extra mile for clients and team members. - **Soft Skills:** - Excellent people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team. - Strong cooperation skills, capable of working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders. - **Technical Skills:** - Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Familiarity with healthcare compliance regulations and quality assurance practices is preferred. **Benefits:** - Visa sponsorship for eligible candidates. - Relocation allowance for successful candidates moving to Nelson, NZ. - Free food provided at our facilities to support employee wellness. - Opportunities for ongoing training and professional development. **Working Environment:** Kindred Healthcare promotes a supportive working environment that encourages personal and professional development.
