Job Description:Peter Kiewit Sons' is seeking a dedicated and experienced Client Service Manager to join our team in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. As a Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. This is a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role.Responsibilities:Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet those needs.Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any issues or concerns they may have in a timely and professional manner.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.Monitor client satisfaction and feedback, making necessary adjustments to improve service delivery.Develop and implement client service strategies to drive business growth and retention.Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on client relationships and performance.Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client service management.Requirements:6+ years of experience in client service management or a related field.Hardworking and driven personality traits.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.High emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with clients.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to find solutions.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.Benefits:Dental insurance.Life insurance.Company equipment.Working Environment:As a Client Service Manager at Peter Kiewit Sons', you will have the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues worldwide, fostering a global village mentality.
