Job Description: Halter is seeking a passionate and hardworking Client Service Manager to join our team in Auckland, New Zealand. As an Associate Level Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. Responsibilities: 1. Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have in a timely and professional manner. 2. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive client satisfaction and retention. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client deliverables are met on time and within budget. 4. Analyze client feedback and data to identify opportunities for improvement. 5. Provide regular updates and reports on client accounts to management. 6. Lead client meetings and presentations to discuss progress, challenges, and opportunities. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide clients with innovative solutions. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in client services or account management. 3. Strong strategic planning and decision-making skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding client expectations. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
