Client Service Manager

We are on the lookout for a Client Service Manager to join a company in Christchurch. Reporting directly to the Manager, you will be responsible for: Plans, administers and reviews customer services and after-sales services, and maintains sound customer relations. Developing and reviewing policies, programs and procedures concerning customer relations and goods and services provided. Ensuring operational efficiency within the organisation. Providing direction and feedback to organisation members and assisting with recruitment. Managing, motivating and developing staff providing customer services. Planning and implementing after-sales services to follow up on customer satisfaction, ensure performance of goods purchased, and modify and improve services provided. Liaising with other organisational units, service agents and customers to identify and respond to customer expectations. Job pre-requisites: Have reliable transport or be planning to relocate before starting the role. At least 3 years of relevant experience or relevant qualifications. 30-40 hours per week. Relevant experience is needed for this role. Experience as a Customer Service Officer in any organisation is acceptable. #J-18808-Ljbffr
