Client Service Manager

As a rapidly growing company, we need enthusiastic and proactive people who want to advance their careers in the Property Industry, working as aClient Service Manager.Are you looking for opportunities to learn, challenge and stretch yourself?POWERHOUSE MANAGEMENT could have the role for you.The Role:We seek an experienced Client Service Manager to deal with our clients/residents/property managers/contractors/etc.Your daily responsibility will be to deal with our community issues and take care of the building presentation.Some of the key tasks involve but won't be limited to:All aspects of end-to-end management of a portfolio of our apartment complexes.Coordinate contractors as required.Responsible for general repairs and maintenance, working with in-house maintenance and cleaning team.Conduct building inspections and reports as required.Monitor the car park and other common areas.Conduct daily walk-throughs of the building, ensuring the property is maintained to the highest standards.Perform some hands-on duties as required: Lite cleaning and maintenance.Available to work during night shifts.Fixed shift: Working from Thursdays to Mondays (Off on Tuesdays and Wednesdays).Working during the weekends and public holidays.Some of the perks include:Corporate car, including petrol.Growth opportunity.Experience Required:At least 1 year experience in a similar Customer service/Building/Facilities Management role.Solid experience in managing contractors.Strong attention to detail and time management skills.Excellent communication skills and an ability to liaise with various stakeholders, including residents, contractors and body corporate and the internal team.You should have NZ residency or citizenship to apply.
