Toll Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Client Services Coordinator to manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring seamless service delivery across Seafreight and Airfreight Imports. This role involves end-to-end shipment management, client retention, and development. You will play a crucial role in maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities Include Client Portfolio Management: Handle your own client portfolio, covering both Seafreight and Airfreight Imports.
End-to-End Shipment Management: Oversee the entire shipment process from origin to destination, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
Rate Updates and Quotes: Regularly update client rates and assist in the preparation of quotes.
Client Retention and Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for growth and ensuring their ongoing satisfaction.
To Be Successful In This Role You Will Possess Proven experience in Import Freight Forwarding Customer Service over multiple years.
Proficiency in Cargowise.
Excellent communication skills to effectively build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment.
