This part-time role will be vital in ensuring our clients receive unparalleled support and service.
As a Client Service Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for client inquiries, helping to resolve issues and facilitate a smooth client experience with our products and services.

**Client Communication:** - Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via email, phone, and chat.

**Product Knowledge:** - Maintain an in-depth understanding of GeoOp's offerings to provide expert assistance to clients.
- Stay current on industry trends and company updates to enhance service delivery.

**Team Collaboration:** - Work closely with team members to achieve departmental goals and improve service processes.
- Participate in team meetings, contributing ideas for improving client services and operational efficiency.

**Continuous Improvement:** - Engage in professional development opportunities to enhance client service skills.
- Provide feedback on processes and recommend changes to improve the overall client experience.
--- **Qualifications:** - **Experience:** Minimum of 4 years in customer service, client relations, or a related field.
- **Education:** A bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory.
- **Technology Skills:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM software and client management tools is a plus.
