As a part-time associate, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and contributing to the overall success of the company.

#### Key Responsibilities: - **Client Interaction:** Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing warm, professional, and friendly communication in-person, via phone, and through email correspondence.
- **Administrative Support:** Assist the client service team with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing client databases, preparing reports, and filing documentation to ensure efficient workflow.
- **Problem Solving:** Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively, demonstrating a proactive approach to solving problems and seeking alternative solutions when necessary.
- **Product Knowledge:** Develop a comprehensive understanding of Kami's services and products to effectively respond to client questions and provide accurate information.
- **Feedback Management:** Collect and analyze client feedback for continuous improvement of services and contribute insights to the team regarding customer satisfaction.
- **Documentation:** Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, meetings, and service notes using company databases and CRM tools.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with various departments to fulfill client requests and streamline communication across teams to enhance service delivery.
- **Creative Input:** Contribute creative ideas to improve the client experience and enhance service offerings, brainstorming with the team to develop innovative solutions.
#### Requirements: - **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client service, administrative, or related role.
- **Educational Background:** A relevant degree or equivalent experience in customer service, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- **Personality Traits:** Must be hardworking, independent, and self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- **Soft Skills:** - **Attention to Detail:** Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in client documentation and requests.
- **Creativity:** A creative thinker who can bring fresh ideas to the table and improve service delivery.
- **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- **Time Management:** Efficiently manage time and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- **Technical Proficiency:** Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with CRM software and other administrative tools.
