This part-time role is ideal for motivated individuals who possess a strong desire to provide exceptional service and play a vital part in the overall satisfaction of our clients.
**Key Responsibilities:** - **Client Interaction:** Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing information about our services, and guiding them through the process of receiving care.
- **Appointment Scheduling:** Manage and coordinate client appointments efficiently, ensuring the smooth flow of operations and minimizing wait times.
- **Administrative Support:** Perform a range of administrative duties, including data entry, managing client records, and maintaining confidentiality in accordance with health regulations.
- **Collaboration with Healthcare Teams:** Work closely with medical staff to relay client concerns and feedback, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
- **Follow-Up Communication:** Conduct follow-ups with clients post-appointment to assess satisfaction and address any additional needs or concerns.
- **Problem-Solving:** Address and resolve client issues or complaints in a timely manner while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
- **Reporting and Documentation:** Assist in creating reports related to client satisfaction and service delivery while ensuring all documentation meets regulatory standards.
- **Continuous Improvement:** Identify opportunities to enhance the client service experience and contribute ideas to improve office operations regularly.
### **Requirements:** #### **Experience:** - A minimum of 3 years of experience in a client service or administrative role within the healthcare sector is preferred.
Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.
