Your role will be crucial in helping us achieve our vision of being the number one choice for our members in terms of customer service.
You will be the centre point of support for our new members, ensuring AML/CFT, processing requirements, and supporting documents are provided to complete the enrolment.Your day-to-day will look something like this:Completing onboarding checks and processing new member applications.Liaising with our Advisers and new members to follow up incomplete applications.Peer reviewing new members applications.Problem solving and working proactively to find positive solutions for our members.Participating in ongoing training and development.
We are an agile business so you can expect to be upskilled regularly.About YouYou are intrinsically motivated to provide great customer service and create a seamless experience for our new members.
You will also need a keen eye for detail to ensure all the required customer documentation is received and meets our compliance requirements.In addition to the above, we are also looking for:2+ years in a customer service or relationship management role.Proven experience in a fast-paced, agile environment.Strong time management and organizational skills.High-performance mindset, intrinsically motivated to perform.Excellent written and verbal communication.Why This is The Place for YouOur culture is what sets us apart.
