We are committed to exceeding the needs and expectations of our clients.The OpportunityWe have an exciting opportunity available to join our lovely team and the chance to work for a cause - we change people's lives!We are looking for someone who has excellent business development skills and experience preferably in the training sector with a strong understanding of workplace training to secure new business. This role entails working through a large existing database of leads. It involves calling and visiting prospective clients, as well as relationship development with networking opportunities and rewarding events like attending graduations.The role is full-time and based at our Auckland premises (central location and parking available) with flexible working arrangements available. The role may require some travel to the wider Auckland area as well as nationally. The successful applicant will be working alongside two other Client Relationship Managers, the Programme Management team, and report to the General Manager.The successful applicant will be highly motivated and able to secure new client leads.
