While experience in fire or security systems or a background in the building industry is advantageous, we welcome applications from high-achieving client relationship managers and salespersons with key account experience across various industries.Job Description:As an HSM Client Relationship Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining relationships with key representatives and companies in targeted industries, such as the construction sector. Your responsibilities will include:Establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with strategic contacts to attract new opportunities and enhance the HSM brand.Serving as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts, addressing enquiries, issues, and proactively identifying solutions and opportunities.Organizing meetings, presentations, and networking events to engage with contacts and explore business opportunities.Identifying client requirements and aligning HSM solutions to meet their needs.Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and prompt issue resolution.Providing regular sales reporting and assisting with quotation and tender preparation.Conducting market research to identify new business prospects.Supporting telephone and email enquiries and efficiently managing order handovers to the installation team.Maintaining records of all client interactions and activities.Coordinating sales and marketing initiatives.Hours of Work: This is a full-time role with guaranteed 40 hours per week.Remuneration: A competitive package is offered, including commission, a company car with fuel card, laptop, and phone.Location: The position is based in our Hastings office, serving the wider Hawke's Bay region and throughout New Zealand if a significant opportunity arises.Required Skills:Excellent communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.Exceptional customer service and negotiation skills.Desired Skills:Proactive and self-motivated approach.Effective time management skills.Eagerness to expand technical knowledge of HSM's products and services.Willingness to learn, adapt, and embrace change.Full clean NZ driving license.If you possess the required skills and are seeking an opportunity within a dynamic and successful company, please submit your CV to Christine Holt at ****** of working as a Client Relationship Manager in Hastings Central, Hawkes Bay:?
