**Key Responsibilities:** - **Client Communication:** Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Respond to inquiries and issues in a timely and effective manner, while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

- **Feedback & Reporting:** Gather client feedback and insights on service delivery.
Analyze this feedback and collaborate with the team to implement improvements and best practices.
- **Documentation & Record Keeping:** Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
Update client profiles in our CRM system, ensuring information is current and comprehensive.
- **Performance Tracking:** Monitor key performance indicators related to client satisfaction and engagement and report findings to management.
- **Training & Development:** Participate in training sessions to enhance your knowledge of our services and industry trends.
Stay attuned to changes in the market and adapt approaches accordingly.
- **Problem-Solving:** Identify and resolve issues faced by clients promptly and effectively.
Use critical thinking skills to anticipate potential roadblocks and implement preventive measures.
**Requirements:** - **Education & Experience:** - A minimum of 1 year of experience in client relations, customer service, or a related field.
- Relevant qualifications in business administration, communications, or a related discipline are preferred.

- **Soft Skills:** - Proven leadership abilities to guide and influence positive outcomes.
