Client Relations Specialist - Work From Home

Job Description:Whirlpool, a leading home appliance manufacturer, is seeking a Client Relations Specialist to work remotely from their home in Wellington, NZ.
As a Client Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and fostering positive relationships with Whirlpool's clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns they may have.Responsibilities:- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Whirlpool products or services to clients- Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure client needs are met effectively- Monitor client satisfaction levels and proactively work to prevent potential issues- Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams regarding client preferences and feedbackRequirements:- 2 years of experience in a client-facing role- Resilient and dedicated personality traits- Strong persuasion skills and emotional intelligence- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively- Proficiency in using CRM software and other client management tools- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferredBenefits:- Paid sick leave- Relocation allowance- Joining BonusWorking Environment:At Whirlpool, we encourage a spirit of exploration and taking calculated risks for growth.
