This is a full-time, work-from-home position at the Associate Level with a required minimum of 3 years of experience in a client-facing role. As a Client Relations Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded. Your duties will include but are not limited to: - Serving as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner - Proactively identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to existing clients - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery - Providing regular updates and reports to clients on project progress and performance - Resolving any client issues or disputes in a diplomatic and efficient manner - Participating in client meetings, presentations, and events as needed The ideal candidate for this role will be passionate about customer service and possess a high level of independence and initiative. They will also demonstrate strong leadership and people management skills to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients and internal teams.
