Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of functions aimed at enhancing client satisfaction, driving engagement, and ensuring the effective delivery of our services. This is a part-time position, and we are looking for someone who is resourceful, hardworking, and possesses excellent soft skills such as persuasion and strategic planning. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. **Client Interaction and Communication:** - Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the company, proactively addressing client inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and virtual meetings. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. 2. **Problem Resolution:** - Diagnose and resolve client issues promptly and effectively, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution while maintaining a positive client experience. - Collaborate with other departments to facilitate solutions and provide feedback to improve client services. 3. **Account Management:** - Monitor client accounts, track interactions, and maintain comprehensive records in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. - Identify opportunities for upselling additional services or solutions that may benefit the client. 4. **Client Engagement and Retention:** - Develop and implement strategies to engage clients and enhance their loyalty to our services. - Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and gauge satisfaction levels. 5. **Reporting and Analysis:** - Prepare reports on client satisfaction, account status, and any emerging issues to share with management. - Analyze trends and client feedback to recommend service improvements or strategic initiatives. 6. **Training and Development:** - Participate in ongoing training to remain knowledgeable about the company's products, services, and industry trends. - Share findings and insights with team members to foster collective growth and improvement. **Requirements:** - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Minimum of 4 years of experience in client relations, customer service, or account management roles, ideally in a remote setting. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to persuade and engage stakeholders at all levels. - Strong strategic planning skills, with the ability to anticipate client needs and proactively develop solutions. - Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating as part of a virtual team. - High level of resourcefulness and adaptability in a dynamic work environment. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). **Personality Traits:** - Resourceful: Ability to find quick and clever ways to overcome difficulties and solve client problems. - Hardworking: Dedication to achieving goals and providing exceptional service to clients. **Benefits:** - Travel and spending expenses covered for client-related activities. - Paid overtime to ensure fair compensation for efforts beyond standard working hours. - Gym membership to support personal wellness and health. **Working Environment:** At Alliance Data Systems, we cultivate a welcoming remote working environment where building strong connections is key.
