**Job Description:** We are seeking a motivated and reliable Client Relations Officer to join our Hamilton team on a part-time basis.
In this crucial associate-level role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients, playing a pivotal role in building effective and lasting relationships.
The successful candidate will leverage their strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence to ensure client satisfaction while aligning our services with their needs.
**Key Responsibilities:** - **Client Engagement:** Serve as the primary liaison between the company and assigned clients, effectively addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing timely solutions to ensure a positive client experience.
- **Relationship Management:** Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by regularly communicating updates, obtaining feedback, and offering tailored solutions to enhance client satisfaction.
- **Research & Analysis:** Conduct thorough research regarding client accounts, market trends, and potential opportunities to support strategic decision-making and client support.
- **Issue Resolution:** Proactively identify and resolve issues that may arise in client accounts or interactions, collaborating with relevant departments to ensure swift and effective solutions.
- **Reporting:** Prepare and present client performance reports, highlighting key metrics and insights to both the client and internal stakeholders.
- **Training and Support:** Assist with onboarding new clients by providing necessary training on our products/services, ensuring a seamless integration process.
- **Feedback Loop:** Gather and analyze client feedback to provide actionable insights to internal teams with the aim of improving client offerings and operations.
- **Administrative Support:** Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account details within the client management system, ensuring compliance with company policies and guidelines.
- **Cross-Department Collaboration:** Work closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to align client needs with company capabilities and strategies.
**Requirements:** - **Education & Experience:** Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in client relations, communication, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in client-facing roles is required.
- **Personality Traits:** - Reliable: Dependability in fulfilling responsibilities and following through on commitments.
- Energetic: A proactive attitude with the ability to engage and motivate team members and clients alike.
- **Soft Skills:** - Strong research capabilities to analyze data and market trends effectively.
- High level of emotional intelligence to empathize with client needs, building rapport and trust.
- **Technical Proficiency:** Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is preferred.
