Client Relations Manager - Remote Work

Job Description: Time Warner Cable is seeking a Client Relations Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Dunedin, Otago, NZ.
As an Associate Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 5 years of experience in client relations or a related field.
Responsibilities: - Manage client relationships and act as the main point of contact for all client inquiries and concerns - Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure their needs are being met and address any issues that may arise - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services to clients - Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention rates - Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients - Analyze client feedback and data to make informed decisions and recommendations for improvement - Provide regular reports to management on client satisfaction, retention, and overall performance Requirements: - Independent and hardworking individual who can thrive in a remote work environment - Excellent research and problem-solving skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred Benefits: - Life insurance - Paid overtime - Paid sick leave Working Environment: At Time Warner Cable, we encourage a spirit of exploration and taking calculated risks for growth.
