Job Description: Public Service Enterprise Group is seeking a talented and experienced Client Relations Manager to join our team on a part-time basis.
This position will be remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ.
As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience in client relations, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing relationships with our valued clients.
Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to existing clients - Monitor client feedback and satisfaction levels, implementing strategies to improve overall client experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client relations to continuously improve processes and strategies Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in client relations or a related field - Confident and passionate personality traits - Strong people management and negotiation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships - Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred) Benefits: - Retirement plan - Travel & spending expenses - Free food Working Environment: At Public Service Enterprise Group, we believe in continuously learning and adapting to stay ahead in a rapidly changing world.
