Job Description:

Public Service Enterprise Group is seeking a talented and experienced Client Relations Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience in client relations, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing relationships with our valued clients.

Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to existing clients.
Monitor client feedback and satisfaction levels, implementing strategies to improve overall client experience.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client relations to continuously improve processes and strategies.

Requirements:
7+ years of experience in client relations or a related field.
Confident and passionate personality traits.
Strong people management and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
