Client Operations Officer - Cash Auckland Description As a Client Operations Officer - Cash, you will work in conjunction with the Client Team and Relationship Managers to deliver outstanding technical and customer service to our adviser clients and end-clients.
Job specification Manage incoming and outgoing funds by ensuring they are handled promptly and efficiently and meets the agreed service delivery standards for both clients and advisers. Provide and assist advisers with information and solutions to build their funds under management on the platform and maintain scalability. Process direct debits, switches and payment files within SLA. Ensure procedures and authorisations are followed. Ensure correct funding is maintained. Manage adviser and client queries and maintain outstanding customer service. Skills Required: 2-3 years of relevant financial services industry experience. Advanced telephone customer support/relationship skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. An understanding of key investment principles relating to performance, taxation, and trading.
