Caldwell and Levesque Limited is recruiting for an experienced Service Coordinator for the Datatech Team.
Reporting to the Manager Datatech Services, the purpose of this role is to identify, access, and develop sales opportunities to support the strategic growth objectives of Datatech Services, with particular focus on our Data and Security services business, building Business to Business opportunities. Working with the Manager to target potential clientele - and be responsible for delivering sustainable new business revenue and associated margin within approved company guidelines.
Your responsibilities will include: Create new jobs, monitor service inboxes, schedule jobs, raise purchase orders, receipt purchase orders, update clients on job status, invoice jobs.Order materials, generate recurring jobs.Promptly prepare accurate job costing for invoicing.Check daily time sheets and collate to job sheets.Liaise with Datatech staff on a day-to-day basis regarding workload, new jobs, paperwork required in the office, etc.Preparation of creditors invoices.Assist with office administration as and when required.Monitor and book test equipment for calibration when expired.Monitor and book Safety training, and customer site requirement training when expired.Maintain on-call register.To be successful, a candidate will require the following attributes and experience: Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.Experience working within hard services-based organisation(s).Excellent organisational skills with a knack for multitasking in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication skills both written and verbal to liaise effectively with clients and team members.A problem solver with a customer-first mindset.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.The Horizon Energy Group takes pride in its commitment to the health and safety of all its stakeholders and bases all its activities on safety leadership, risk management, and worker participation.
