About the Role This role is an exciting opportunity to support our growing mortgage business.
You'll be working closely with our team of highly experienced mortgage brokers, helping to manage client relationships and supporting the end-to-end loan process.
You may also have the opportunity to manage a small offshore support team.
Ideally this role is full-time but we are open to part-time as our growth includes plans for offshore support.
Standard business hours are Monday - Friday with hybrid options.
Key Responsibilities Manage loan applications from initial client inquiry through to lawyer settlement.Manage loan maintenance for clients including refixes and restructures.Maintain detailed client records in CRM (Trail).
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders and solicitors.Keep up-to-date and comply with the latest lending products, policies, and regulations including AML, CCCFA, Responsible Lending Code, Privacy Act.
Qualifications & experience Previous experience in a mortgage broking or banking environment is essential.Knowledge of mortgage lending processes and products.Strong administrative and organisational skills with the ability to perform under pressure.Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients and lenders.High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency with software applications including mortgage software (Trail), Microsoft (Excel), GoogleSuite, Mailchimp.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
