If you've got an eye for detail, a head for organisation, and a heart for helping others succeed—then we want you on our team.You'll be the glue that holds everything together. The right-hand person to our Directors, ensuring our media team runs like a well-oiled machine, and the go-to for anything logistical.What You'll Be Doing:Master Scheduler: Manage the team's bookings, ensuring shoots, deadlines, and everything in between run smoothly.Client Whisperer: Serve as the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and ensuring they're delighted.On-Site Support: Assist with logistics when we're out creating media.Process Pro: Refine and streamline internal systems, identifying bottlenecks and improving processes.Financial Wizardry: Assist with invoicing, Xero reconciliation, payroll, and finance tasks.Production Guru: Help with production tasks, such as booking talent and preparing schedules.Team Lifeline: Support Directors and team members in various tasks, including marketing and client relationships.Sales and Growth Partner: Assist in qualifying leads and support the Directors in business growth.What We're Looking For:Organisational Guru: You love lists and keeping things in order.Superb Communicator: Clear, concise, and friendly in all communications.Tech Savvy: Familiar with G-Suite, Google Calendar, Trello, Xero, Canva.Problem Solver Extraordinaire: Thrive on finding solutions to challenges.Multi-tasker: Happy to handle everything from managing logistics to assisting with shoots.Client-Focused Relationship Builder: Genuinely care about client experiences.What's In It For You:Competitive Salary & Benefits: A competitive salary plus company phone & computer.Hybrid Flexibility: Work from home and in our Papamoa office.Flexible hours: A base of 32 hours per week with availability for more hours when required.Growth Opportunities: Support for your development as the company grows.Team Culture: Join a supportive and creative team.How to Apply:Ready to jump in and make an impact?
