Who we're looking for The Client Care Manager is responsible for caring for Goleman's clients while learning to grow the sales to meet and exceed the strategic growth objectives of Goleman Group for the Auckland Region. If you are someone who cares about fostering professional and trusting relationships with clients, is keen to build sales pipelines, and scope and present client tenders to deliver trade services, including collaborating with operation team to translate, report and support resourcing requirements, this role is for you.
The Role Partnering with our Head of Sales to care for Goleman Group clients. Learn and grow to build and maintain a profitable sales pipeline, ensuring the client's requirements are clearly understood by your operational colleagues through active participation in regional operational meetings to schedule, identify and appropriately resource and report client deliverables.
Build professional and trusting relationships to receive, report and resolve issues, own mistakes and foster teamwork that puts Goleman, quality results and our clients front and Centre.
Maintain a current and up to date knowledge base of key accounts, business and industry knowledge on the best practices, market trends, consumer trends, and the competitive environment to establish and execute a clear sales strategy that helps grow Goleman.
Scope and quantify job requirements, present to clients, price and report client quotations and win client tenders to achieve and exceed agreed sales targets that earn you sale's commission.
What you'll need to bring Experienced in business development is crucial.
The Position is 50% Business Development and 50% Client Care Management.
For right candidate, we are looking for a future leader to maintain and grow our presence in Auckland region.
A growth mindset with personal resilience, confidence and a strong desire to be coached and work along-side others.
Strong ability to develop and maintain professional relationships.
A keen business eye and a strong desire to understand client's needs and develop asset management solutions that builds confidence in our products and services.
Experience in developing and executing sales strategies and converting leads into new clients.
Ability to clearly translate and communicate client requirements to others.
Proficient with IT solutions and/or another job/client management system.
A Full and current driver's license.
Valid Working Rights in New Zealand.
