Client Care Coordinator - Petone / Lower Hutt, New Zealand Are you passionate about providing outstanding administrative support and creating a warm and inviting environment for guests, contractors, visitors, and employees?
Join our Petone team as a Client Care Coordinator and be a key contributor to our Research and National Business Support Services teams.
Key Responsibilities Engage with guests, promote positive relationships, and manage events.
Handle front-of-house reception duties, including answering phones, welcoming guests, and managing mail and packages.
Maintain meeting rooms, visitor waiting areas, and kitchens to ensure they are clean and presentable.
Coordinate meetings, including minutes, agendas, and presentations.
Manage shared inboxes and respond to incoming requests.
Provide fleet coordination support and arrange travel logistics.
Support team and office events, financial processes, and document management.
Liaise with suppliers and contractors for building maintenance.
Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Wellbeing policies.
About You Relevant tertiary qualification.
Minimum of three years' professional experience in a related discipline.
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize conflicting demands.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in Windows and Office365.
Self-motivated, well-organized, and able to work effectively with people at all levels.
