Client Administrator
NEW ZEALAND
Fluent Swedish and/or Danish language skills
Is your Swedish and/or Danish level native and do you want to live the experience of your life? Are you open to moving to a new country? Then join us, we have started delivering Emergency services from New Zealand.
About TMC
Telemedicine Clinic (TMC), a Unilabs company, is Europe's leading teleradiology provider. TMC pioneered teleradiology services in Europe when it was founded back in 2002 and has since become a vital partner for more than 130 radiology departments in the UK, Sweden, Denmark, and Norway.
Besides its scale and track record, we like to think that what's most special about TMC is its culture. Many people say that TMC has the feel of a thriving start-up, and they are surprised at how kind and caring we are when dealing with each other and our business partners. If you are interested, you can learn more about our culture in our TMC Culture Book .
What are we looking for?
We are looking for a smaller team of Client Administrators in the Operations department to settle in New Zealand to help our radiologists deliver teleradiology services to our Swedish and Danish client hospitals. They will complement the existing team of Operations in Barcelona, Sydney, and Noosa.
The Operations team ensures that the service of teleradiology is running smoothly. The job consists of making sure all radiological examinations that our client hospitals send to us are processed correctly, by doing administrative tasks in our systems and managing phone communication with the Swedish hospital staff. This position is a customer care position, with a focus on patient care within healthcare.
What can we offer you?
The experience to live in New Zealand for a minimum of 6 months. You will work in a team of 6-8 colleagues who are distributed all over the globe, all with native Swedish and Danish language skills. We expect to have 2 Operations Administrators in New Zealand (to start with) working together with other colleagues in Australia, Spain, Sweden, Denmark, and the Faroe Islands. The communication is managed over Teams and phone, and through our systems.
The work environment is fully digital; you get a laptop and screens. Initially from home, but in some months, it might be from an office environment in Auckland.
If you have a medical background as a nurse or radiographer, the tasks may include quality control of the images and a more advanced communication with the hospital staff and our radiologists. If you don't have such background, then you will spend the first weeks of your employment in training of the processes and the terminology so you will be able to feel comfortable to take calls and answer emails from our client hospitals.
Your benefits:
Salary (fulltime): Competitive Salary, 40h per week.
Working hours: Monday to Friday 12:00 to 20:00 (winter), 14:00 – 22:00 (summer). Weekends may be included in the future.
Time period: Minimum 6 months, ideally 1 year, can also be longer.
Relocation package: to cover visa costs, flights, first weeks of accommodation and support to get all practical things in place.
Location: New Zealand, office in Auckland.
International setup: TMC has also offices in Barcelona, Spain, in Sydney, Noosa in Australia, so there may be possibilities to work from the other offices as well.
Training and growth: We offer a yearly training budget, possibilities to grow in your department (which also lead to increased salary and bonus scales), professional development and career development opportunities within the organisation. TMC keeps growing, it never stops! There are always possibilities to change departments or even move to one of the other offices if there are open positions.
What will you do?
Liaise directly with hospital staff – by phone or through our systems, to discuss incoming cases.
Handle calls between hospital staff and TMC radiologists.
Ensure data is complete - control that all the cases which are going to be examined include essential clinical information and full set of images and that they are prepared in the most appropriate manner to ensure effective reporting by the radiologist. You will be thoroughly trained in this, so you feel comfortable with the task.
You manage certain statistics, provide support with audits and deal with cases (data entry and preparation of cases, distribution of radiology reports).
Once we have the office, you will do basic office management tasks to ensure a nice work environment for the team down under.
As you grow in your role and learn the basics there will be more advanced tasks to do, such as leadership, planning, non-conformities, client growth and liaison.
What do we need from you?
You must have a native level of Swedish and/or Danish and be fluent in English. To feel comfortable in this role you need to be a natural problem solver, with plenty of common sense, a strong work ethic, and a good sense of humour. You must be able to multi-task and juggle overlapping priorities.
Required Role Based Competences
Attention to detail and strong administration skills: You can focus and work with strong attention to detail. You like administrative tasks.
Positive and professional mindset: You keep maintaining your professional and positive manner in a fast-paced environment.
Communication skills: You are an excellent communicator, both verbal and written.
Independent Problem Solver: When coming across challenges, you find creative, new ways of overcoming them.
Team Worker and Independent: You are a collaborator and team worker but at the same time very capable of working independently.
Office Programs: Experienced with the use of Word, Excel, Outlook and similar.
Medical Background: It's a plus, not a must. Great if you have it, and if not, we will teach you what you need.
How to Apply
If you find this opportunity attractive and challenging, we would love to hear from you. Please apply directly on the career website or alternatively contact Linda Olsson, ****** or +34 93 550 07 50.
