Cleaning Supervisor

We are on the lookout for an experienced cleaner/supervisor to join our team and work with our current supervisors. Your role would be to supervise cleaners and their work across Auckland, mainly based in the CBD, starting every afternoon at our offices in Eden Terrace.The role is a permanent full-time position, 40 hours per week, worked between 5:00 pm – 6:00 am, including weekends when needed. You will be paid $31.61 per hour for all your hard work. You will be expected to visit cleaning sites based in North Shore, Auckland CBD, Penrose, Avondale, and South Auckland.You will be responsible for:Organising covers for sites when cleaners aren't available or completing the cleaning yourself when needed.Delivering products to sites.Performing thorough quality checks on all sites and ensuring any issues that are found are resolved.Providing training, ongoing performance feedback, and general assistance to cleaning staff to help them succeed.Having exceptional time management as this is a busy and varied role.Being a team player and doing what it takes to get the job done.What you will need:An ability to communicate with people from all kinds of cultures and backgrounds.A flexible work attitude.Industry experience managing and leading a team across multiple sites.CMOS is a high-performance commercial cleaning company operating throughout New Zealand with head offices in Auckland and Wellington.
