Cleaning Site Supervisor

Weekend work covering shifts if necessary.Managing your time effectively and efficiently is a strong attribute for this position, to ensure the job gets done the right way at the right time. This role is full of variety, including:Completing site inductionsCoordinating relief cleanersHands-on cover on-site when requiredEvaluating and reporting performance of team membersConducting Health and Safety meetingsAccident reportingQuality assuranceChecking for hazards and keeping the work environment safeThis is a hands-on role with various cleaning responsibilities:Excellent leadership skills to bring out the best in your teamAbility to train to a very high standardKnowledge of applicable cleaning methods, materials, and equipment, and related safety guidelines (full training will be provided to the right candidate)Willingness to learn and improveGreat communication skills with both leadership and the staff you are responsible forEnjoy interacting with people - both clients and staffAttention to detail - Quality assuranceHealth and Safety focusedExperience in the cleaning industry, including specialist cleaning tasks, with proven leadership ability (full training will be provided)Flexible and trustworthyMature outlookFull NZ Drivers licenceWhy OCS?
