Wellnz , a part of Marsh, is a leader in human risk consultancy. We work closely with our employers to support their people with : injury management, return to work support for non-injury factors (illness, mental health), injury prevention, early intervention and other wellbeing services.
This role is office based and mainly involves liaising with internal staff, but also involves clients and medical providers via telephone and email, therefore it's important that you're comfortable working in an office environment with a high level of administration and communication both via email and telephone.

In this role, you be responsible for :
Claims management of a portfolio of clients
Management of injury claims to meet the Client Service Level Agreements, ACC Audit Standards, legislation and Wellnz's commitment to quality
Provide support to Case Managers in the implementation and delivery of services to meet SLA and AEP audit standards
To co-ordinate and facilitate appropriate cover and entitlement services to ensure a timely, efficient and cost effective service is provided, on behalf of clients
Promote a healthy and safe working environment
Identify new business opportunities
We would like you to have :
At least 1 years experience in claims management / or equivalent or 1 years working experience in a relevant health discipline or administration
Commitment to the philosophy of a case management model of practice
Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship skills
Sensitivity to equity, disabilities and various other social and cultural issues
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong customer service skills and people-first focused
Negotiation skills
Keyboard skills in Word and Excel
Proven time management and organisational skills, including the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
Self-motivated and energetic
Team player
