You will have a key focus on providing top quality and timely claims service.
Depending on your level of knowledge and experience, key duties may include:Requesting and receiving information from the client for claims lodgementValidating client policy and premium detailsLodging new claims in a timely mannerInterpreting policy responses to clientsPlanning, implementing and following up required actions for settlementProviding timely updates to required parties involvedAdministrative and data entry tasksOur Ideal PersonOur ideal Claims Case Manager will hit the ground running and although insurance claims experience is necessary, we are keen to hear from you about what you can add to the team.Regardless of how long you've been in the industry (1 or 15 years), we are committed to providing thorough and ongoing training.You will relish working alongside our hardworking, professional and experienced team.
