You will work closely with brokers in the branch as advocates for the client, ensuring they get the best possible outcome in a difficult situation.Key responsibilities will include:Loading and lodging new claims in a timely mannerLiaising with the clients and the Underwriters throughout the claims processEnsuring all required information is obtained before forwarding to the Insurance companyEnsuring claims are paid promptly and within policy coverWe are looking for a candidate with strong administration skills, excellent attention to detail, and good communication abilities.
