Tradestaff is on the lookout for a Civil Leading Hand to join our reputable civil & infrastructure client in Hawkes Bay to aid in current and future projects. This will be a full time, permanent position for the right candidate.Our client prides themselves on executing complex structural projects through innovative thinking, collaborative teamwork and a wide range of expertise.About the Role:As a leading hand, you'll assist in leading and coordinating small teams alongside the foreman, managing daily activities on various civil projects like bridges, water treatment facilities, and retaining structures.
