Tradestaff is on the lookout for a Civil Foreman to join our reputable civil & infrastructure client in Hawkes Bay to aid in current and future projects. This will be a full time, permanent position for the right candidate.

About the Role:
As a working foreman, you'll lead and guide your team to ensure they work safely and efficiently to meet set targets. You'll coordinate daily activities on various civil projects, such as bridges, water treatment facilities, and retaining structures, with a primary focus on concrete and steel work.
On-site Experience: 5+ years' experience in a Civil or Construction Foreman roleNZQA qualified carpenter OR NZQA qualification in concrete constructionProven experience working on large structural concrete projects based around piling, bridges, tanks, large foundations; stressed & unstressedProven & proficient experience working on hand and power tools Additional Requirements: Valid driver's license + own vehicleAbility to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test2x civil or construction related referencesAbility to read & understand construction drawings to produce high quality products in a timely manner.Solid leadership and time management abilitiesEffective and clear communication Benefits: Competitive weekly remuneration based on experienceWork with one of New Zealand's largest and most recognisable civil firmsWork for a company that genuinely cares about your health, safety & wellbeingOpportunities to lead large & exciting new projects in Hawkes Bay Ready to step up & make an impact?
