WHAT YOU'LL DO Build strong relationships with crew members and subcontractors.
Provide supervision, coaching, and training to ensure a high-performing team.
Manage schedules and resources to optimise efficiency and meet project targets.
Monitor project budgets and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Foster a collaborative, inclusive culture while upholding company values.
WHAT YOU BRING: Proven experience as a construction Foreman with a certified trade background.
Strong organisational and leadership skills to manage a team of 1-10 direct reports.
Ability to read and interpret drawings and plans effectively.
QUALIFICATIONS Trade Certificate - preferably in drainlaying.
Construct Safe Passport.
Emergency First Aid Certification.
Full Driver's License.
Relevant endorsements and qualifications.
